I was just going through pictures on my camera card and realized I never posted the birthday treat that Lily took to school last fall. This snack was simple, budget-friendly and big hit with the kids. It also happens to be a nut free snack idea, since Lily’s classroom is a peanut-free room.
For this snack, you only need 3 ingredients:
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal (I used the Malt-O-Meal version)
- Mini marshmallows
- Milk chocolate morsels
To make this sweet treat, you do exactly one thing: dump everything in a big ‘ol bowl and stir gently until the ingredients are mixed evenly.
To package the mix, I dumped approx 1/2 Cup into small clear treat bags and tied them with colorful twine.
I made up a label in PicMonkey and cut it out on cardstock using my Silhouette.
Such an easy snack to make and the kids loved it!
