So uh, 2020. AMIRIGHT?
I could try to sit and wrap my head around all that has happened this year, but well, 1) I don’t really want to relive it yet and 2) I doubt I have enough time to come up with the inevitably very long list.
So here we are, cruising through December. Our sight’s are rather frantically set on 2021, even though we know that realistically the beginning of that year won’t look a whole lot different than right now.
Typical Decembers have historically played out MUCH MUCH different for us, and I’ll bet you can say the same.
Popular activities in December’s past that we will NOT be enjoying this year:
- Parties (too many to list)
- Tree lighting
- Amusement park trip
- Holiday work party (okay, not too sad about missing this one with Bob’s company…)
- School musical performances
“Alternate” holiday partakings:
- Virtual holiday work party
- Zoom, Zoom and yes, more Zoom meet-ups
- Outdoor, distanced gatherings
So you know what?

Thoughts on Quality
After wearing these various Shinesty duds around over a couple of weeks, I am happy to report back that the quality is really top notch. These products seem durable and well made, and I have no doubt they are going to last for many years. The patterns and colors are so bright and vibrant. You can tell that Shinesty puts a lot of attention into the detail and design of their apparel. From the creative names to the LOL-worthy patterns, their products are worth the investment!
