Playmobil Spirit Riding Free Lucky’s Happy Home Review

We’ve got your first look at a brand new play set from one of our very favorite toy companies, Playmobil. See what we thought of Playmobil Spirit Riding Free: Lucky’s Happy Home!

Playmobil Luckys Happy Home Playing

Chances are probably pretty good that if you have a Netflix subscription, your kids are already familiar with the original series, DreamWorks Spirit Riding Free.  The show focuses on Lucky, who has moved to the frontier from the big city.  As she struggles to adjust to the move (and the dramatic change in scenery), she spends time around the house and also riding her horse, Spirit.

Playmobil now has an entire line of playsets themed around Spirit Riding Free.  We had the chance to check out Lucky’s Happy Home, which is the house where Lucky lives on the frontier.  This 137 piece set includes the house, which features an open back to give kids easy access to the accessories as they play. Recommended for ages 4+, my kids (5 and 10) were able to construct the house and the accompanying pieces with little help from us. We had the entire set built and ready for play within about 30 minutes.

We are really enjoying this set!  The kids were so excited to add it to their Playmobil collection and have been having a lot of fun playing with it.  They are hoping to receive other Playmobil Spirit Riding Free sets for Christmas!  We put together a video showing you some of the construction of this set and the final product. Check it out below:

Lucky’s Happy Home retails for $99.99 and will make a fantastic cornerstone piece to your Playmobil Spirit Riding Free collection!
