Ice Cream Bread
This 2-ingredient ice cream bread is fun and EASY to make!
- 1 pint full fat vanilla ice cream
- 1.5 cups self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
- non-stick cooking spray
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
Combine the ice cream and flour in a mixing bowl. Be careful not to overmix.
Mix in the sprinkles.
Spray a bread loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter into pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes (until an inserted toothpick comes out clean).
Serve and enjoy!
