Gather your ingredients! As I said above, we used white grape juice. You could substitute other juices or coconut water or milk per your taste preference. We picked a lighter colored juice to represent the "white" section of the red, white and blue patriotic scheme.
We used a spoon to scoop our fruit into the popsicle molds.
Add a layer of strawberries to the bottom of each mold.
Next, add a layer of blueberries to each mold.
Fill each mold to the fill line with juice. The blueberries in our molds floated to the top.
Freeze these popsicles until they are frozen solid (overnight, if possible). Run the popsicle molds under warm water for 15-30 seconds and then gently remove the popsicle from the mold.
Enjoy immediately! If serving at a party, you can place the popsicles on a plate of ice to keep them cold a bit longer.
