  • popsicle molds

  • 8-10 strawberries rinsed, chopped
  • 1/2 pint blueberries rinsed
  • white grape juice (enough to fill each mold - amount will vary based on size of molds)

  • Gather your ingredients! As I said above, we used white grape juice. You could substitute other juices or coconut water or milk per your taste preference. We picked a lighter colored juice to represent the "white" section of the red, white and blue patriotic scheme.
    Grape Juice and Berries
  • We used a spoon to scoop our fruit into the popsicle molds.
    Cut Berries on Plate
  • Add a layer of strawberries to the bottom of each mold.
  • Next, add a layer of blueberries to each mold.
    Berries in Popsicle Holders
  • Fill each mold to the fill line with juice. The blueberries in our molds floated to the top.

  • Freeze these popsicles until they are frozen solid (overnight, if possible). Run the popsicle molds under warm water for 15-30 seconds and then gently remove the popsicle from the mold.
  • Enjoy immediately! If serving at a party, you can place the popsicles on a plate of ice to keep them cold a bit longer.
