Sausage con Queso Slow Cooker Dip
This flavorful hot dip is such a crowd-pleaser! It is incredibly easy to make and uses ingredients from ALDI. (Though you are certainly free to substitute for your favorite brands.)
- 32 oz Cheese Melt
- 24 oz Can of Salsa
- 16 oz Sausage cooked, fat drained
Put entire block of cheese melt in slow cooker. (Cut in smaller chunks if necessary to make it fit.)
Add the cooked sausage to slow cooker.
Add salsa to slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 2-3 hours (or until the cheese has melted completely). Stir every 20 minutes or so. Once the cheese has melted, bump the heat down to "warm" (or "low" if your slow cooker does not have a "keep warm" option).
Serve with chips!
