First, grease the bottom of a loaf pan or a small baking pan (8″x 8″ or similar).
Place each color of candy in a microwave safe bowl.
Melt the white candy first, heating at 15 second intervals, stirring between each interval. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk (amount can vary by taste). The more milk you use, the softer the final texture will be.
Pour the white candy/milk mixture into the greased pan. Use an icing spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth the layer. Place the pan in the fridge until this layer is firm to the touch.
Repeat all steps (heating to melt, adding condensed milk, adding to previous layer, chilling in fridge). Layer order is just like a piece of candy corn: white, then orange, then yellow.
After adding the yellow (top) layer, refrigerate for 3 hours (or overnight).
Cut into squares before serving and garnish plate with candy corn candies if desired.
