Just 5 ingredients are all you need to whip up this tasty Homemade Lemon Garlic Salad Dressing. All ingredients are Whole 30 and Keto diet approved.

  • 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oregano flakes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, helps cut the bitter taste - NOT keto/whole 30 compliant)


  • Combine all ingredients in a jar or bottle.
  • Give the container a good shake.
  • Serve.
  • This dressing should be refrigerated after you make it, but you can pull it out about half an hour prior to using to allow the oil to acclimate to room temp. You can half the recipe if you only need a small amount of dressing.


Also makes a great marinade for chicken!
