  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Use heart-shaped cookie cutters to cut out hearts. Try mixing sizes for a fun look.

  4. Place a small spoonful of strawberry jelly in the center of half of the hearts. Don’t overfill – a little goes a long way.
  5. Top each jelly-filled heart with another heart to create a sandwich.
  6. Gently press a lollipop stick into the bottom of each pop.
