With Valentine’s Day just days away, we have been working on little treats and Valentine’s for Lily’s teachers, our aunties, grandma and great grandma. What makes a better treat than a classic candy like M&M’s®? A festive twist that incorporates this candy along with some other basic ingredients. The result is completely adorable and gift-worthy (not to mention they taste delicious)!
To make some adorable “Cupid Kisses” here’s what you need:
- 8 oz M&M’s® Strawberry Candies
- White Melting Chocolate Wafers
- Pink Melting Chocolate Wafers
- Square pretzels
- Valentine’s themed sprinkles
How to make:
Melt white chocolate in a candy melting pot (or on a stove top or in the microwave, whatever your preference).
One by one, dip the pretzels into the white chocolate, covering each one completely with chocolate.
Lay pretzels on wax paper on a cookie tray. Place an M&M’s® Strawberry Candy on each pretzel before the chocolate hardens. Sprinkle with a pinch of Valentine’s sprinkles right after you place the M&M’s® Candy on top.
Heat up the pink melting chocolate next. I put a small amount of wafers in a dish and microwaved it a little at a time until it melted. I then drizzled melted pink chocolate over the entire try of pretzels.
The result was as good as the taste! These treats are perfect for gifting!
