We checked out the sale today! I have so much good stuff to post about today’s sale, I am going to write two different posts. Below find pictures of all of the amazing products that were found as we wandered around. I snapped most of these pics before I got down to some serious shopping. Look for a post following this one with all of the goodies that we scooped up during today’s presale. If you are anywhere near this sale this weekend and looking to save some big money on all things kid and baby, make plans to stop by.
This is the VERY FIRST sale for JBF at this location and I must say – I was completely impressed by the sheer volume of consigned items. Thousands upon thousands of things to shop for!
There were baby items aplenty – from bassinets and pack ‘n plays to bouncers, highchairs, car seats, strollers and activity centers.
The large space in the middle of the sale floor had all sorts of larger toys, outdoor toys and other assorted furniture.
I loved that this sale used shelves to display their products – and they used them well. Items were visible, easy to see without digging. Products were organized – on these shelves we found baby accessories, nursery decor, etc. In aisles behind this one there were older kid toys.
Also towards the front of the sale are large displays full of one of my faves – Melissa and Doug toys. These toys are all BRAND NEW and sold at a discount.
I found a rack full of costumes and was so excited to discover some Disney Princess dresses – they were in fantastic shape and in sizes larger than what Lily Bean currently wears. One of them just might have found its way into my bag. I love finding these dresses at deep discounts. No lie, Lily wears one (more like several) every single day as she plays dress up. It’s nice to have new dresses on back up when the old dresses are worn into the ground.
Baby carriers, tutu skirts, nursing covers, grocery cart covers – there was a bit of everything!
SO MANY HATS!! There were at least three racks – all this full – of hats. All sorts of styles, colors and sizes to choose from.
It sounds silly, but I think my very favorite area of this sale was the SHOE section. Shoes were sorted and organized SO NICELY. Separated by gender, each size then had its own shelf. It was quick and easy to sort through – we came home with several pairs!
Towards the back of the sale are maternity clothes, books and DVDs.
And finally, of course, CLOTHING for kids and babies! There were rows and rows AND ROWS of clothing. Tons of clothing for boys and girls are available and the racks that I plowed through had some fantastic choices. I found the quality to be really good and prices were on the low side (per my previous sale experience). Most of the clothes that I looked at were truly priced to sell which was much appreciated. Check out the Gymboree dress below – BRAND NEW, tags still attached, original price $32… pick it up at JBF for $5.50. That is phenomenal! (And no, sadly this was a size too small for Lily so I didn’t buy it – it was still up for grabs when we left!)
We spent over 2 hours shopping today’s Just Between Friends sale. That’s probably a personal record for us – and that tells me two things… the selection was really good and the prices were worth all the browsing!
Keep your eyes out for one more JBF post from me – I’ll take some pictures of the stuff we bought and show you what amazing deals we found!
I was provided with presale passes to the sale described above in order to facilitate this post. All opinions and overall sale excitement are 100% my own. All purchases made by me were funded by my own piggy bank.
