I love a good one pan meal. Not only do they save me from using every pot and pan in my kitchen, but cleanup is a breeze—which is ALWAYS a win in my book. This Sheet Pan Ham Dinner is the perfect way to pull together a hearty, wholesome meal without a lot of effort. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s super flavorful. Plus, it looks great on the plate, which is always a bonus!

This one has it all – savory ham, sweet pineapple, tender green beans, and roasted baby potatoes. Yum!
Let’s get to it!
Ingredients:
- Ham Steaks
- Baby Potatoes (sliced in half)
- Fresh Green Beans (washed and trimmed)
- 1 Stick Butter (cut into cubes)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt
- Pineapple Rings

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Prep the potatoes: Slice baby potatoes in half and place them on one side of a large sheet pan. Add a few cubes of butter on top of the potatoes.
- Bake: Pop the sheet pan in the oven and bake the potatoes for 15 minutes.
- Add the ham: Take the sheet pan out of the oven. Place the ham steaks in the center of the pan. Tuck a pineapple ring in between each slice of ham for a touch of sweetness.
- Add the green beans: Place the green beans on the remaining third of the pan. Top both the potatoes and green beans with the rest of the butter cubes.
- Season everything with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Be generous!
- Back in the oven: Bake for another 15 minutes, or until everything is hot, roasted, and delicious.

Serving Tips:
This meal is ready to serve right off the sheet pan! Pair it with a side of rolls or a small salad if you’re feeling fancy. But honestly? It’s totally perfect on its own.

Easy Cleanup Win:
When dinner’s done, toss that foil (if you lined your pan—you smart cookie!) and boom. Cleanup is basically done.
