Where did the term “Shark Coochie Board” come from?

Are there THAT many shark fans out there? Not quite. The term “Shark Coochie Board” actually originated from MISHEARING the term “CHARCUTERIE.” Pronounced char-coo-te-ree, these popular party platters typically feature meats, cheeses, nuts, crackers and other finger foods.
