Last year I discovered how much I enjoy salt flotation therapy. And I don’t even want to admit how long it has been since my last session! Many many months! I keep telling myself that this season in my life is just super busy and in a year or two things will be slower. But you know what? I have been saying that same line for about 10 years at this point. Life hasn’t slowed down or gotten less stressful! If anything, nowadays things are even busier because both of my kiddos are old enough for school, sports, etc.
