Meal prep – lunchbox style

Do you meal prep for the coming week? Even if you don’t, I’ll bet you know someone who does. Planning out meals for your kids’ lunchboxes is very similar to meal prepping! You take a few minutes at the beginning of the week and plan each days’ food. (The lunchbox planner in this printable pack is going to be a huge help for this!)

You can use the planner (once you have filled it out) to know what ingredients and foods to add to the grocery shopping list that week.
