Sometimes it can really take some motivation to turn good practices into a good habit. I know that I have some bad habits that I would love to turn into good habits! The first page is a blank tracker (this one is my favorite). It is fully customizable and will allow you to fill in exactly what goals you have. You can use all of the circles or you can use just one or two – again, totally up to you.
The second page in the file is already filled out with some popular targets that people like to work on in the self help arena. Again, you could work on any that apply to you and your life. Simply pick and choose!
When you go to print your tracker, just make sure you change the printer setting from “print all” to print a specific page number. Print page number one for the blank version of the tracker. Print page two for the pre-filled page that you see in the picture above. Super easy!

How to use the tracker
This is pretty self-explanatory. Do you see the tiny spaces around each habit circle? That’s the tracker! Each time that you do one of those things, color in a tiny space around that circle.
Did you fill up all of the spaces? YAY! Print a new tracker and you can pick a new habit to work on or keep going with the current habit.
