Looking for a cute way to dress up a gift card for your favorite dance teacher(s)? Check out our printable ballet themed dance teacher gift card holder! We made these up for end of year gifts last year and they were perfect for attaching our gift cards to!

Every year as another year of dance draws to a close (typically culminating with a multi-day recital event), we give Lily’s teachers some gifts. Our go-to-gift usually includes a gift card and I am always on the lookout for fun and cute ways to dress up those cards.

Lily has a graphic tee with the phrase “eat, sleep, plié, repeat” on it and loves to wear it over her leotard to dance class. I thought the phrase would be a fun one to incorporate in our dance teacher gifts last year.

I designed the gift card holders (which are approximately 5×7 inches in size) and printed them on white card stock so that they would be a little sturdier.

How to Assemble these Cards

Once you have downloaded or opened our printable file, print out however many copies you need on white cardstock. There are 2 card images per sheet.
Cut out each card.
Have your kiddo sign the card.
Tape your gift card above the signature line.
Take a piece of twine and wrap it around the card a couple times and tie a bow at the end.

That’s it!
