I have seen a similar video swirling across social media and HAD to try it. I did put my own small twist on the original though – with the addition of peanut butter morsels!
It would be hard to find a recipe less difficult than this one! And the real beauty is – it’s the deliciousness of S’mores without the campfire… AND it can be enjoyed all year round!
You will need:
2 Cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 Cup peanut butter morsels
1 bag marshmallows (big or little)
1 box graham crackers
How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Fill a cast iron skillet (or really any baking dish… I used my Pampered Chef Stoneware dish) with ingredient in this order: semi-sweet morsels, peanut butter morsels, marshmallows.
3. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes.
4. Dip graham crackers into S’mores.
