Ever since my sister shared this grilled corn on the cob recipe with me, I have refused to make it any other way – in fact, we just made this last night with dinner!
Since I know many of you will be firing up the grill in the days to come, I wanted to make sure I passed it along.
This recipe comes from her blog, Baby in the Kitchen:
1. Husk corn.
2. Lay corn on a square of foil.
3. Add- 1-2 pats of butter, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese.
4. Roll corn in foil like a piece of candy.
5. Place on a pre-heated grill for 10-15 minutes until corn is tender.
ENJOY!
MMMMM…sounds so yummy! Wish I saw this before we grilled tonight. I will definitely have to try it next time we make corn on the cob…and I can’t wait to check out your sister’s blog, too!
