Every week when I pick up the groceries, I always get a package of ground turkey and/or ground beef. Sometimes we will cook up the meat for taco night or toss it in a casserole.  MANY weeks I make these mini meatloaves.  I love how easy they are to make and how versatile the taste can be.  You can change the taste from Italian to BBQ simply by swapping out different seasonings and herbs.

Using turkey instead of beef will help lighten the meal up a little, but feel free to go with your own taste preference.

The entire family scarfs down these mini meatloaves every time I make them.  Many times we enjoy them with quinoa and broccoli on the side for a flavor-filled meal. Other times we serve pasta on the side.  Like I said above, they are really easy to customize!

  1. Made these with Bison meat and used my homemade spaghetti sauce on top….WOW …yummy! A real 5 star recipe! This will be a keeper for me!

  2. I’m excited to try these! Have all the ingredients at home! If I wanted to mix them up the night before, would the mix be ok to sit in the fridge, or would you suggest baking them and reheating when we’re ready to have them for dinner? Thanks!

    1. Sorry I didn’t see this until now, Molly! I think they’d be fine either way. Hope you enjoyed the recipe!

  3. My daughter and I both love these! But, the link to print the recipe lands on a page with a 404 error, so it can’t be printed.

    1. I’m so happy to hear that you love it! Any chance you could try opening the print link in another browser (or on a desktop if you’re on mobile)? I just tried the link in Chrome browser and it loaded fine. Sorry it’s giving you trouble!!

  4. I don’t have any tomato sauce! How do we feel about sugar free ketchup instead and would it still be 21 Day Fix compliant? (I’m new to this) Thanks!

    1. I’m sorry I do not have the nutrition info. With so few ingredients, you should probably calculate the info pretty quickly!
