Mini Pepper Carrots ingredients

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Peppers: Begin by slicing your mini orange peppers lengthwise. Carefully remove any seeds from the center to create a hollow space. This step transforms your peppers into perfect little ‘carrot’ shapes, ready to be filled with a homemade sour cream dill dip.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
  3. Fill ‘Em Up: Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into each halved pepper. If you’re feeling fancy, using a piping bag can give you that neat, professional look.
  4. Add the ‘Greens’: To finish off, stick a sprig of dill into the narrow end of each pepper. This acts as the carrot tops and gives our snacks their carrot-like appearance. The dill not only looks cute but adds a fresh, herby flavor that complements the creamy filling beautifully.
