Summer is coming!
I’m honestly not sure who looks forward to the lazy days of summer – me or the kids. No matter, I’m just glad we all enjoy this time of year. We sleep in whenever Landon grants us that gift. Lily will spend her most UNscheduled summer in years this year and I did this on purpose. Past summers have been JAMMED with activity after activity, camp after camp because it was hard not to feel like we just HADTODOITALL.
But you know what?
Which is why I love the idea of a LAID BACK Summer Bucket List. More of a “boredom buster” list with a couple loftier goals like a day at the zoo or some free bowling, I put lots of simple easy fun activities on our cards. Things like: blowing bubbles, sidewalk chalk, riding bikes, etc.
I made these super cute cards to cut out and wrote an activity on each one. If your kids want to, they could write or draw their ideas on each card.

This print has been formatted to look best on an 8.5×11 inch piece of card stock or paper.
I put our cards in this mason jar that I picked up at the craft store. We’ll keep it on the shelf in my office and when our summer needs a little activity inspiration, the kids can pull a card.
More fun you might enjoy…
