Stuck at home? Gym closed? We get it. Check out the list below that was generated by our Facebook group. There are a bunch of free online workouts that you can do from home right now!
I had an epiphany not long ago. I came to the realization that I am truly NOT a gym person. Now, don’t get me wrong: I want to be a gym person. But at least at this point in my life, it’s nearly impossible to figure out how to fit gym time into my schedule. Bob is up and out by 6 am every day for work, so I can’t scoot out before sunrise (nor would I really want to, to be honest). Landon is in Kindergarten, which is only half day in our district. So mornings are out as well.
Afternoons when he is at school I am usually in the office, but have you ever looked at most gyms’ class schedules? The vast majority of gyms do NOT offer afternoon classes.
Evenings are a royal sh*t show around here because most nights we are racing the kids to their various sports and other activities.
So what’s a mom to do when she actual wants to work out but a gym isn’t super convenient? She finds some awesome ways to sweat it out at home!

Have you poked around the interwebs lately looking for good quality workout videos? Believe it or not, there are SO VERY MANY! And in all kinds of disciplines! Yoga, cardio, barre, pilates, spinning and so many more are available online. Even better – many of them are FREE!
I asked my Facebook group to share their very favorite FREE online workouts for both adults and kids. They helped me come up with this list! They have a huge library of workouts in 10, 30, 45 and 60 minute lengths and offer videos for cardio, strength conditioning and mindfulness! This is my referral link. If you sign up with that link, you’ll score $10 off your first month!)
