Last year after Christmas, I scooped up a boatload of holiday themed shower gels when they went on super duper sale. I did the same thing the year before that, but with hand lotion. When you are looking for a thoughtful, but let’s face it as bargain-friendly as possible, gift, this is the way to do it. I love gifting the kids MANY teachers with something before they go on holiday break. However my kids have more than a dozen teachers and other school personal to give gifts to and that can really add up!

I typically stick a gift card in their homeroom teachers’ present. The bus driver gets chocolate and a gift card. And then for all of her other teachers – gym, music, library, gym, viola, flute, secretaries, principal, and the list goes on – I try to come up with something really cute, without breaking the bank.
