How to Make DIY Apple Cupcakes
These cupcakes are incredibly simple to make! If you decide to use store-bought cupcakes, you can cut out a significant amount of prep time by ordering them with red frosting already on them. You can also choose your favorite flavor for the cupcakes.
1. Pipe red frosting over each cupcake in a circular direction working from the center of the cupcake towards the outside and back to the center.
2. Split each Tootsie Roll in half. Twist the candy in between your fingers to form a stem.
3. Place a candy stem in the top point of each cupcake.
4. For the final step, place one green M&M in the icing next to the stem.
