I’m thrilled to add another air fryer recipe to the blog today. (If you have a few minutes, definitely skim our extensive collection of recipes!) The air fryer has become a staple in our home. We not only use it on a close-to-daily basis, but we even added a 2nd air fryer to our RV so that we can use this handy appliance while camping as well!

The air fryer is such a versatile appliance. We use it for everything from ribs and steaks to cooking up frozen appetizers like mozzarella sticks and pierogies!

  • 2 pounds country ribs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 oz BBQ sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Country ribs ingredients

  1. Prep the Ribs: Start by preheating your air fryer to 350 degrees. While the air fryer is warming up, take the time to rub the ribs with the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Make sure each rib is well-coated with the spices for maximum flavor.
  2. Add Some Sauce: Once your ribs are nicely seasoned, smother them in BBQ sauce. This not only adds a rich, smoky flavor but also keeps the ribs nice and moist as they cook.
  3. Air Fry to Perfection: Place the ribs in the air fryer basket and set the timer for 20 minutes.
  4. Garnish and Serve: After 20 minutes, remove the ribs from the air fryer. They should be beautifully caramelized and tender. Sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley over the top for a touch of color and freshness.
