Play dough is always a fun activity and this printable is a great way to combine the holiday with some play dough time! Here is a great printable activity that your kids are sure to enjoy. Grab some play dough and use our printable Easter egg play dough mat for the perfect boredom buster or Easter activity.
Easter eggs sure are among the most iconic symbols of easter, aren’t they? You might dye eggs each year, go on an Easter Egg Hunt (perhaps a glow in the dark Easter egg hunt OR a boozy egg hunt for the adults). No matter what you do with your eggs, you’re sure to see them all around during the Easter season.
Our newest printable will give your kiddos the fun chance to work some of their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, all while enjoying a classic craft supply: play dough!

Easter Egg Play Dough Mat Printable Supplies
You will need the following supplies:
- Easter Egg play dough mat
- Play-Doh (or homemade play dough or any type of craft clay)
- Laminator (optional)
We laminate our play dough mats to make them ever more sturdy and durable. We have this laminator and it works great for home projects like this one.
There aren’t any set rules for completing this activity mat. Kids can work through the eggs in any order they’d like. They can match the dough colors to the egg colors like we did or switch it up with different colors.
Kids will be challenged to roll out the shapes depicted on each egg to decorate the egg!
