Cupid’s Arrow Pencil Valentines

These adorable Cupid’s Arrow Pencil Valentines are super easy thanks to our printable tags. Pick up pencils at the dollar store for a cheap, non-candy Valentine idea!

Cupid Arrow Pencils

I have a brand new non-candy Valentine idea for you! This one is incredibly budget-friendly, just like the glow stick Valentines that I posted last week!  The reason the cost is so low is because you can pick up the pencils in multi-packs at the dollar store.  I found adorable Valentine’s themed pencils at the Dollar Tree that came in packs of 12.  That means if your kids have 24 or less students in their class, you can put together really cute Valentines for just $2 per class (plus card stock)!  That’s amazing!

Supplies for Cupid’s Arrow Pencil Valentines:

Free printable tags (contains a page each of purple, pink and blue.  Note: these are for personal use only.)
White cardstock
Scissors
Scotch Tape

You can grab our printables right here. Simply enter your email address in the box and opt-in to receive our free newsletter.  Check your inbox for this printable, which you will receive as a subscriber bonus.

How to make Cupid’s Arrow Pencil Valentines:

1. Print out our free tags.  I recommend printing the tags on white cardstock.  Note: these tags are for personal use only.

2. Cut out tag pieces.  Have your child sign his/her name to the backs of the hearts.

3. Cut a small slit on each side of the text on the heart (big enough to slide the pencil through).

4. Slide a pencil onto each heart.  Use tape to affix the arrow pieces to the either end of the pencil.
