You know we love a good holiday-themed snack around here – and this one might just take the (carrot) cake! This Carrot-Shaped Buffalo Chicken Dip takes the bold, creamy, cheesy flavor of classic buffalo chicken dip and gives it an adorable Easter makeover.

It’s a bit spicy, totally crave-worthy, and shaped like a giant carrot. Honestly, what more could you want from an Easter appetizer? This one’s super easy to pull together and makes a fun (and delicious!) centerpiece for your springtime spread.
Carrot-Shaped Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz orange cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese
- Tortilla chips (for dipping)
- Carrot sticks (for dipping)
- Celery sticks (for dipping)
- Fresh parsley (for the “carrot top” garnish)

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, 1 ½ cups of the cheddar cheese, and the cream cheese. Stir until it’s all combined and creamy.
- Spread the mixture into a round or oval baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, until everything is hot and melty.
- While your dip is baking, grab your serving tray and arrange some parsley at the top. This will be the leafy green “top” of your carrot!
- Once the dip is baked, scoop it out onto your tray and shape it into a carrot – long and slightly pointy at one end.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese over the top for that bold orange “carrot” color.
- Surround your dip with tortilla chips, carrot sticks, and celery for the perfect dunking situation.
