21 Day Fix Breakfast Banana Wrap

Need a breakfast-in-seconds (literally) that takes virtually no prep time, tastes DELICIOUS and keeps you full for awhile?

For this recipe in particular:  if you are following 21 Day Fix, this recipe uses all Fix-approved foods and can be counted as: 2 purple, 1 yellow, 2 tsp, 1 blue

You will need:

  • Whole wheat wrap
  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 banana
  • 8 walnut halves (I crush mine so they go further!)

To make: 

Spread peanut butter and honey on the middle of the wrap.

Add bananas and walnuts.

Roll up the wrap and microwave for 15 seconds.

I don’t usually cut mine, but I did today so that I could show you this lovely cross section!  Mmmmmmm!

  1. I might have to try that without the walnuts. Maybe I could replace them with something else? I don’t like walnuts at all.
