Soon after buying my Instant Pot, I found myself letting that handy cooker take the reins for at least a couple of dinners each week. We are enjoying the speedy cooking that tastes like the food has been simmering for hours upon end in a slow cooker. One of the biggest diet crazes this year has been the Keto Diet. I have many friends and family members who are currently following Keto and several of them just got an Instant Pot for Christmas. I figured it was time to add a Keto Instant Pot recipe round up to my growing collection of Instant Pot recipes!
