North Pole Cam – Printable Santa “Camera”
Need a super quick and easy bit of reinforcement for your youngest believers? Print yourself a Santa Cam!
It never fails right? I swear there is a direct correlation between Christmas getting closer and most kids’ behavior taking a downward spiral. I have very distinct memories from my teaching days of working hard to keep kids on track as Christmas break approached.
So obviously this one is not going to work for the older kids (at least, I don’t think it will – LOL – you’re welcome to give it a shot). But for the youngest age set of Santa fans (I’m talking pre-K age and younger), check out this super easy behavior management technique.
Print yourself a North Pole Camera (actually our PDF contains FOUR cameras, just in case you need them in multiple locations). You can print this file out on regular printer paper, or you can use white card stock to make it a little sturdier. If you have a laminator at home, you can laminate it to make it extra durable.
You can tape a cam right to the wall or you can tape some string or twine to the back of the camera and hang it off the Christmas tree! I taped a short piece of twine to the back of our Santa cam.
Cute and totally easy. And if it works and helps with a little redirection or behavior adjustment? Even better. If it doesn’t? Eh, it’ll look cute hanging from your tree.
