Homemade Dole Whip | Copycat Disney World Recipe

Homemade Dole Whip

Homemade Dole Whip Recipe

Chances are probably pretty good that if you have visited Disney World, you just might have tried one of these treats.  The Dole Whip (which pretty much has its own cult-like following of fans) can be purchased in Adventureland in Magic Kingdom (at Aloha Isle) and also at Disney’s Polynesian Resort (at Captain Cook’s).  But when a trip to the Parks just isn’t in the cards, I’m happy to tell you that a Homemade Dole Whip is not asking for the impossible.

We made up these tasty copycat Dole Whip treats using just four ingredients.

You will need:

20 oz can of Pineapple Pieces (drained)
8 oz container of Cool Whip
2 TBSP Sugar
1 Cup Pineapple Juice

Dole Whip Ingredients

How to make:

  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture to freezer safe container.
  4. Freeze for several hours (or until firm).
  5. Serve chilled with pineapple juice.  (We put our frozen mixture in this Black & Decker  Arctic Twister Ice Cream Mixer to give ours a soft server texture!)
