We.are.HOME!
I am happy to report, the Mama Cheaps fam now has another successful road trip under our belts. After an 18 hour (straight!) drive from Florida, we finally crawled into our own beds just before 11 pm on Saturday night.
We had a phenomenal week enjoying time with family and hours upon hours traipsing through theme park after theme park. I LOVED how so many of you followed our road warrior antics on our Facebook page!
Truth be told, I have an inner desire to be a travel blogger. We have certainly been bitten by the travel bug and I love reporting what we find during our journeys. Be on the lookout for a bunch of reviews and trip highlights in days and weeks to come!

I know that a lot of you enjoyed the post where I used online gas calculators to predict how much I might spend. The three calculators that I used predicted that I would use between $412 and $485 for gas.
I tend to round up when deciding how much money to put aside for various expenses, so I put aside $500 for gas.
Are you ready for this?
We spent $500.48 on gas (and came home with 1/2 tank left).
Not bad!
