Okay- are these not the CUTEST cookies EVER?! These melted snowman cookies are made by Stacey, whose blog is my absolutely favorite food blog ever! More specifically, it’s a cake/cookie/all things baked and yummy blog.
Head over to her blog, Truly Custom Cakery, and you’ll find the 4 part tutorial in pictures with step by step directions on how to make these adorable cookies!
(Yes, she is also the creator of the Holiday Crunch that I already told you about – probably the most delectable, tasty treat I’ve ever ever had.)

While there isn’t always time for a grocery run before guests arrive, we love these quick and easy “better for you” recipes, created by our very own fans! Using items you already have on hand, each can be prepared in minutes — for instant serving or for storing in your fridge until guests come knocking on your door. Spice up these shortcut recipes with festive platters and presentation, and your guests will leave your home quite impressed!

· Better for You Dip

By: myservicetoyou.blogspot.com

1 can fat free refried beans

1 small jar of salsa

1 pkg shredded cheese (usually a cheese blend or 2% mild cheddar)

1 lb lean ground turkey

1 bag Baked! Doritos

Brown the ground turkey. Drain grease and add all other ingredients. Cook until ground turkey is heated throughout and cheese is melted. Enjoy with Baked! Tostitos.

· Awesome Chipotle GoodnCrazy Chip Dip

By: goodandcrazypeople.blogspot.com

1 can of chipotle peppers (Who knew it’s so easy to get?)

1 cup low fat sour cream

3 peppers, blended to add to sour cream

Add 1-2 Tbsp of the sauce the peppers came in

A few shakes of onion powder

A few shakes of garlic powder

A squeeze of lime juice

Mix all ingredients in a serving bowl and enjoy!

· Football Field Dip

By: alittletipsy.blogspot.com

3 avocados

Onion powder

Garlic salt

1 can refried beans (I used Taco Bell Fat Free)

1/2 packet taco seasoning

1 small tub sour cream (I used Kroger reduced fat)

Spread the beans in the bottom of a small rectangular pyrex dish (mine was 2.75 qt — about 7 in x 9 in). Then, take a scoop of sour cream and put it in a Ziploc bag – saving for later. Mix the remaining sour cream with 1/2 packet of taco seasoning (or, to taste). Spread this mixture over the beans.

Next peel the avocados and smash in a bowl with 2 or 3 dashes of garlic salt and 2 or 3 dashes of onion powder (you can use garlic powder and onion salt if you prefer). Spread the avocado mixture over the sour cream layer, covering completely. This is your football field.

Now, take the sour cream you set aside (in Ziploc) and snip a little hole in the corner of the bag. Grab like a frosting bag and draw stripes over the avocado layer to line the field. Scoop with your favorite Tostitos and ENJOY!
