Need a breakfast-in-seconds (literally) that takes virtually no prep time, tastes DELICIOUS and keeps you full for awhile?
For this recipe in particular: if you are following 21 Day Fix, this recipe uses all Fix-approved foods and can be counted as: 2 purple, 1 yellow, 2 tsp, 1 blue
You will need:
- Whole wheat wrap
- 1 tsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 banana
- 8 walnut halves (I crush mine so they go further!)
Spread peanut butter and honey on the middle of the wrap.
Add bananas and walnuts.
Roll up the wrap and microwave for 15 seconds.
I don’t usually cut mine, but I did today so that I could show you this lovely cross section! Mmmmmmm!
