I just found the planner (under the back to school link) and it’s showing up as $9.99 before credit for me. Maybe your state has higher taxes and/or shipping?

finally worked with the new code! leave it to you to know more than customer service…i will say their dept is not very helpful and i did let the manger know that! i had to ask 10 times to please tranfser me to a manager! the only thing i wasn’t too happy about was that they shipped my stickers and photos seperatly why cant they ship together? so for 50 free prints and 2 photo sticker sheets i paid 8.50, which isn’t too bad, but that was just the shipping!
