MyPoints is one of the easiest ways to earn gift cards for everything from restaurants to clothing stores. The quickest way to earn points is by using the MyPoints toolbar when you shop online. If a participating retailer is affiliated with MyPoints, you will earn a predetermined number of points per dollar spent.
Some retailers do not participate, but you can easily check on the MyPoints website. MyPoints occasionally sends email offers as well. You can click through the emails for the offer and you’ll earn points just for clicking through to the offer. Earn additional points if you decide to shop, but I’ve learned that purchasing is not necessary to earn lots of points MyPoints is sort of like Swagbucks in that, if you’re going to do something anyway (in this case shop online), you might as well do it through MyPoints and earn points in the process!
