Set is packed with 72 silicone wristbands in 6 different colors, each imprinted with “Black Belt Goals,” plus 12 “Goal Bands Game” sheets and instructions: The Goal Bands Game features “karate belts” (aka wristbands) used as a simple reward/reminder system that encourages the achievement of behavioral goals. Goals are chosen, daily, by participants and the wristbands are exchanged, in karate belt order, after each day’s success until the black wristband is reached, ideally, at the end of the week. A great way to inspire students or workers to become goal oriented and supercharge their inner strengths for a lifetime of great achievements!
Stage 1 – yellow wristband and goals;
a) Choose daily goals
b) Write goals in space marked “yellow goals”
c) Wear yellow wristband as reminder of goals
d) Achieve “yellow” goals (24 hrs) advance to orange (stage 2)
e) Fail to achieve “yellow goals” (24 hrs), remain on stage 1 for another day
Stage 2 – continue with successive colored bands, though orange, green, blue, red, and black.
